I doubt he'd care much. Mike was one of the rare few peope who accept the world as it is. But yes he probably was slightly amused. He was a very grounded and real man. Barring genuine psychiatric disorders (eg schizophrenia), he probably considered all "conditions" to be imaginary problems for people with too much money and time on their hands. Its actually semi stated during the "group therapy" scenes where he essentially calls them all weak crybabies.

At 37:04, the lid is magically on tight Many amateur film viewers would write this off as a continuity error, but it's actually a reference to an old technique called the "Lid Gambit", originally performed by John Film himself.
