I'd love to normalize thin, real socks. The secret socks always slip down and I was always taking them off. I finally found some socks that are supposedly no-show, they peek out of my sneakers, but they at least stay in place.

Vera Bradley bags are great for road trips to throw in the trunk of the car. Also good for inside your suitcase for hair tools or makeup. They’re light weight, and washable. NEVER for fashion though! I’ve bought several fairly new ones in thrift stores very inexpensively, and use for travel.

I see I’m alone here, but I’m 42 and I like the higher socks. In the summer, I get a line of tan around my ankle that looks dirty from the low socks. And in the winter, I get cold ankles. I think higher socks are cute. I did switch to black socks on black leggings so I don’t feel too gen z. I also feel it’s elongating on my legs! Love the bows too. Everything else, I’m with you Anna!

I bought myself a deep, dark chocolate leather trench coat 28 years ago. I have had years when I wore it a lot and years where I didn't wear it at all, as you say I have been in and out of love with it, but I have never thought of moving it on. It looks better every year as it has softened and aged and yet it still looks new. I get a lot if compliments when I wear it and its cost per wear must now be pence (cents where you are!). I briefly wished that I'd bought a black one when I was draped as a cool tone, but mine has more of a French Resistance than a gangster vibe, which is cool. But I think that you are spot on, it's definitely a long haul investment.

Same with me: I have an old real leather coat - long (maxi, actually, and I am tall). I bought it in Turkey, years ago. It is black, it is a bit large for me. The coat looks great with a wide black leather belt hitching my waist. Regardless of trends, it's always a hit - somehow it always looks like it is the pinnacle of fashion. Years go by, and it is still one of the favourite items in my wardrobe.

I'm actually excited for the low-rise pants to come back. I am 5'2" and plus sized. This high-rise/ultra high-rise trend resulted in the waist band of my pants hitting the bottom of my bra, about 5"-6" above my belly button. When they start making low rise pants available again, I am able to get "normal" pants for me.

Vera B bags are cute. Kind of cottage core… the straps aren’t substantial enough to be comfortable if it’s really heavy… only problem with it. Love Uggs. My feet are SO cold- when winter hits, my Uggs come out!

I absolutely love Vera Bradley bags. I had them before and actually still have a huge travel bag and matching makeup bag. It's black and white so not AS loud as the bright colorful floral prints, but it's still a busy print for sure. I don't think I'd buy or use a purse anymore, but my travel set I'll keep using.

I like Vera Bradley more for the functional aspect. Love that a lot of it is machine washable. But I mostly use the travel or tote bags for different things rather than the purses.

I love UGGs. They are so comfy and when warn properly, look great. No, I would not wear these with a dress etc lol. But with jeans and a winter parka, they are amazing. I will never give these up!! I think I agree with all the rest though. But to each their own. Wear what makes you feel great.

I've tried Ondo. It's a no-go for me; they fall down. And the material makes my feet sweat. What I LOVE is FINALLY last summer Smartwool came out with the old fashioned (1970's) style Ped socks: the ones you can see the tops of around the sides and back, but they dip under the ankle bones. They STAY PUT and they feel like a dream! I am in heaven. I went wild and bought about 8 pair!!! Highly Recommend.

I love your approach to trends and how you see yourself in fashion! Your ability to encourage women to wear what makes them feel beautiful is so important. Vera Bradley has beautiful colors and prints. If I lived in the Caribbean, I probably would carry a bag by her. But since my wardrobe is far more neutral, I am going to sit this one out. And Uggs are great for comfort around the house for me (I have a very old pair that have held up since I wear them sparingly), but then again, I am over 50! ❤

I live in the Caribbean, and WE don't have them. Never see them except on hugely overweight tourists struggling with heavy flowery bags. Decidedly unattractive and hot. Same goes with wearing black. We don't do that.

Love my Vera Bradley travel bags. I have dark navy blue with a weekender as well. Also have them in black. Not into the prints either. What I do like about them is they can be machine washed and they really hold up well. Just have to be sure to remove the bottom structure board first before washing.

I grew up in the surf lifestyle and Uggs were first made back in the 70’s in Australia for surfers when the got out of the water. Then they came over here and became a trend in the early 2000’s. They are super comfortable and they fall into that laid back lifestyle. They aren’t suppose to look good with nice outfits but a casual comfy outfit they are super cute. I know they aren’t for everyone but I have many pairs throughout the years and they are still in perfect condition. So well worth the money. I get it though how some don’t like them and that’s fine, I feel that way about crocs, can’t stand those. Regarding the Vera bags, nah not my thing and no to bows for me. I do like the sock trend though, takes me back to the 80’s.

Vera Bradley is great for travel - super easy to identify and easy to cram in an overhead bin or under a seat! I wouldn't carry one of the bags for everyday and didn't back in the day, but I did have a wallet that I loved.

I love the weekender Vera Bradley bags and the makeup organizer but I have it in a red white and blue cute pattern. They are so lightweight. My daughter uses a solid black VB backpack also and loves it. I like that it can be machine washed. I also love my slouchy socks. I'm 10 yrs older than you, so the scrunch socks were part of my teen years. Honestly, the no-show socks are such a PITA (using GenZ term, haha) and I'd love to not have to worry about those ~bleep~ socks fitting properly. But I don't wear leggings, but am happy to incorporate a taller, show sock with my high top converse or ankle boots with midi/maxi shirts.

I live where it’s COLD AND SNOWY in the northeast so uggs are a must here, fall to spring… but NOT those stupid short platform things 😂 They need to be tall to, ya know, keep the snow out. Vera Bradley - no thanks. I did have it years ago but gravitated to the quieter darker prints (Chelsea green was my fave) but that was literally about 20 years ago and I have no interest in it now lol. I’m finally replacing my uggs this year. I only used them in the snow to walk my dog or shovel but just recently we had very wet snow & they got completely soaked through even my socks were wet. I took that as my sign to get a waterproof boot lol

I have a one of a kind houndstooth print with popping color- Vera Bradley Large backpack. I bought it on clearance five years ago ($22!) and really love it for my airport travel. It goes super well with neutrals, is well crafted with pockets and a sleeve to put on your suitcase. It is light but can be LOADED heavy. I am not a fan of their florals but if you can get a deal such as mine- originally $100, you will not be disappointed. I don't think you can ever go wrong with classic leather coats. My kids inherited my 3 leather coats from the 80's but recently I reclaimed one-Lol. I like the edgy look it adds. My kids are between ages 19 and 29 . I exchange a lot of clothes with my 3 son's and my one daughter. We mostly thrift our wardrobe but keep in mind that if your kids are older that they may want to share your purchases-LOL. That's how you justify buying a leather Trench! LOL.

I was gifted a VB wallet in a nice cobalt. I did use it for a long time. It held up well. I don’t see myself buying anything, it is a bit busy for me. I am in my 50’s so no hair bows anymore, but cute little bow earrings instead. I try to avoid looking like I am trying too hard or trying to pull off a look I can’t genuinely feel confident about. I am low key, quiet, classic fashion with a fun pop of a trend here and there.

At 75, I had so many but mainly luggage, accessories like planners, etc. They are super busy prints, choose wisely! Pick a color that matches denim, if you want to test it. There are pluses, minuses just as with every brand/ style. Be careful! They introduced the lightweight accessory concept which other brands copied. ❤😂❤

I like crew socks and have never embraced the no show socks at all! Vera Bradley has been in and out of fashion for decades. Also, I had no idea that the ankle Uggs were in style, but today out and about, I saw many girls with the Uggs on. It is not my jam, but the Addidas are my jam and I will never stop wearing them.

I never cared for the Vera Bradley bags either...mainly due to the quilted look, which seems "country" and a bit "aging" to me...just not my style aesthetic. I also never bought into the Ugg craze. Living in Florida, I don't need them; the cost/benefit ratio never worked for me. Thank you for your always on point videos! I enjoy them!!

I live in sunny California, but when it's snowing and I visit my daughter in Colorado, safety first and Uggs fit the bill! Headed out to see her today! Trends aren't classic pieces but it does offer some a variety in a wardrobe. The beauty is you can pick and choose what fits your body type and the activity you are about to do. For me it is conquering the snow today and the rest of the week. Bon Voyage !!

🤚***As a fellow Floridian, and a FLIGHT ATTENDANT- it is in my VERY QUALIFIED opinion that those Vera Bdgly bags only look good if you are wearing a SOLID COLOR (MUST BE MATCHING) OUTFIT! ~I love them as "Stand Alones" but they also scream "REAL COASTAL GRANDMA....!" (💕No offence to the grandmas!💖) They do NOT seem stylish if you are not flying to Florida or a Caribbean destination! ✈✈✈

I am considering the sock trend , sometimes it’s just fun to try , worst case scenario I don’t like it and go back to my normal show socks :)
