2024 Flood of Vermont part 1 4K

In an eerie coincidence, exactly one year to the day, Vermont has experienced widespread flooding and major damage. I've documented several locations that I could reach. Many roads were and are still gone but there are now ways around, for most. Many are still stranded due to wash outs and many towns were flooded as well. This is part 1 and covers the Wrightsville Dam, Shady Rill and the backwaters by Putnamville Falls (which is not currently a falls due to the height of the water!) My thoughts are with all those affected by this. ~ Eric

Yes it is and thank you! It's crazy to see the power of water. These tiny streams just cut deep and wide. Within a matter of hours too. Took out dirt and pavement, with ease. 😬

Definitely crazy out there and thank you! I put together part II and it's almost done uploading. I bet it's going to be hard to fly the rivers for awhile. So many trees down around them.
