Your F-150 looks incredible! The regular cab, short bed is so nice. It’s nicely optioned, too! That locker and the 5 liter are so good for getting around. In a world of crew cabs, you have a rare and fantastic truck.

Yep I do ! Back in 91 I bought a 90 F150 Lariat reg cab automatic engine/373 gears with deluxe paint package and roof clearance lights . Back then it was $34k all in . Quick fun pickup.

For an XL truck I'm really impressed with the look. A couple tasteful add ons made this a sweet ride. 5.0 and 3:73s is mint. I have a '22 supercrew xlt with the same engine /gear ratio. Love it.

How is the gas mileage with that V8? And do you know how long this V8 has been around? I'm wondering about longevity. I've heard others say not to trust the turbos because they go bad before the engine does. Your thoughts?

I REALLY like how it looks. Very proportional. The tech inside is something I actually really like, especially combined with the base model looks outside... It's bundled with all the tech, including emergency braking, yet they won't offer adaptive cruise control even as an option?? I totally get that most people buying this don't give a rats ass, but if you're including all that tech already.. why not? That would make it a perfect commuter and a hauler.

Perfect! Regular cab and short box is exactly what I want. I really like the black out details but I would have to do something with the front and rear Ford badges (too loud). The grill is one of my favorite parts on the 2024. I like how it incorporates the headlights into a seamless front end. I'm going with carbonized gray with black out except the rims. Best looking 2024 I've seen so far. I subscribed to see updates. You got a real nice truck there!

Nice truck luv the the black grill and bumpers I have a 2016 dodge regular cab Short box with the Hemi 6 speed automatic luv It easy to park gets decent milage my dodge is all blacked out 20 inch rims I was going to get a new crew cab ,but 75000 Canadian dollars saw this one in the used lot I'm retired not a lot of dough and figured I didn't need a big hulking gas guzzling pick-up 140,000 k runs like a dream back in the day mid 70s up here in Canada all us teenagers had Short box regular cabs 4x4 pickups the most useful cheap pickup we could get ,beginning to see more of them here in Canada now

Does removing the rear blocks in the back or lowering the whole truck affect towing at all?

Shackles/blocks like this shouldn't make much of a difference. Mine has a flip kit which puts the axle really close to the frame...ideally would put a C notch in it, but I have bags and it does ok.

I'm 6'1"and the seat still has plenty of room to go back from where I'm comfortable. You certainly aren't going to be able to recline to 45 degrees at that point, but it will recline a bit.

I am a Ford guy but right truck wrong price. I priced out a new XL at 48 grand which is way too much. I vote pull all that electronic rubbish out of it and sell it to me for a fair price. With 10K cash down I was still looking at a 800 per month payment. I like Ford but they need to drop the price or my 13 F-150 will have to live forever.

Bad a$$ single cab 5.0! Only thing I personally don’t like is the full on digital cluster ! I personally like to have my regular cluster with needles . I think it adds more light at night and looks cooler at night as well

I worry about dropping a bunch of $ on a Ford on many fronts. The one thing I DO like is that engine though. Your truck proportionally looks so right. The front end looks so right. The color is amazing and being paired with all the black makes the whole thing pop. Thanks for sharing. 2 questions for you. You hear often that ordering one the way you want it and waiting for it reduces all/most of the typical crazy markups. Was that the case with ordering one and getting gouged less with the out the door price? Also, how long did you have to wait after ordering it for it to arrive? I think you did well and this truck looks amazing. Thanks for sharing.

Looks great. I have a 22 same color but XLT. I love the updates they made to the screens. Makes me wonder if I could upgrade mine using parts from the 24. I like the front end update too. It has plenty of pep and makes decent fuel economy stock but... adding a blower is always an option.

Yes, the kit came with 2.5 degree shims and a 1/4" spacer that goes under the trans mount.

Excellent choice. I would like one in two- wheel drive. Most people don't need or use the four- wheel drive! It's also less drive train to maintain.

If you remove the block under the leaf springs, will that match the front oem suspension?

No, in factory form the rear was 3.75" higher than the front. The block is only 1" thick so it would still be 2.5-2.75" higher in the back if you only removed the block. With the block removed and the 1.5" lowering shackles, my truck is about 1" higher in the back as it sits in the video.

Wow I'm a GM guy and I'm impressed with how well equipped it is. The look of a RCSB is just unbeatable, it coming with the coyote is just icing on the cake imo. Nice buy, and you didn't have to go and check box this thing to 6 figures either. I'm thinking this was somewhere in the mid to upper 40's?

$43,680 MSRP. Only options I checked were 4x4 and tinted/heated back window. Everything else is standard.
