Q first off you always making banger’s second i just test drove one of these here in missouri and mann i literally fell in love with the truck everything was perfect and easy to use everything as well. third the price tag is a little steep but i mean its definitely worth it in my opinion. Always keep the videos rolling and i’ll continue to support always!! Edit: the charging sucks honestly the truck i drove had 10% batterie left on it took about 45 to charge it to 50% that’s the only down side i have about the truck

@ it can’t really do truck things… battery tech isn’t there and doubtful it can be or will be in our lifetime. It’s ok as a street vehicle bombing around the city. But your struggles in this video are the tip of the iceberg. Try to tow/haul or offroad with it.

I always remember the fact we both had them 2ss Camaros but then kept our trucks and I had to sell my Chevy truck cause of them lifters. I saw a red f150 two days ago look just like yours man. The coil overs, shocks, springs would need to be "tuned" for how heavy the truck is, but Im sure it can be done. Worst case, you could do leaf springs, since they are used for heavy 2500, 3500, 4500, etc

Yes the Lightning is my next vehicle. I would have it made because we have free charging at my job. My biggest problem would be keeping the wife out of it. But what happens if you have the truck in reverse and you stomp on the gas petal. And did the truck have hands free driving.

This one didn’t have hands-free driving, but if you have any reverse, and you step on the pad I’m pretty sure it’s gonna freaking takeoff like a rocket in the wrong direction lol

Don’t get me wrong I have an ev for a daily but for trucks use towing, going long distance, utility. The truck isn’t meant for that, it’s not a great commuter it charges slower than my ev car with less range but yet has a bigger battery pack. This truck is only good for city use not highways. You can take it highways but you’ll be stuck charging for hours once you add it up. I’d prefer a coyote f150 even tho it’s less efficient by a bit. Trust me I own both ice and ev. Daily the ev but when it comes to family going long hauls don’t take the ev even if you want to save up a few dollars. It’s not worth the hassle. Doesn’t have to do anything about noise or v8 etc. it’s not nacs which is horrendous if you want to go long distance.

Too many people hate on the Lightning and EVs in general. They tie EV’s with their political views. People don’t realize that they can coexist with gas vehicles and they will only get better with time. I wonder if people that complain about EVs also complained about color TVs and preferred black and white TVs. 😂

Nooope! Hard no for me. Seen to many videos of problems and the super limited range when it’s cold outside or if you try to haul any kind of load. If you just want to run around town or to the grocery store, sure. If you actually want to use it for work, I’d get the power boost.

In my opinion, I think it doesn’t look better than the other gas F1 50s. It’s too bland looking and besides that you may get 300 miles off of a full charge which on my and your F150 we can go over 600 miles on a full tank and two overpriced.
