Dave's subscriber count is going to go up with all these athlete interviews. Well deserved too because this is the type of stuff we want to see! Thanks for doing this Dave.

I’m really enjoying these athlete interviews. I keep finding myself checking the channel to see if a new one has been posted. Keep it up! Only 77 to go 😂

Third time Dave has mentioned swimming. There will be swimming in Texas is my guess.

Well, I hope He have learned something over all these years. It is a shame that Crossfit does not allow the creation of a commission like in any of the other major sports such as Rugby, F1, Soccer, Boxing, basketball, or football. you name it! I remember an event from 2016 where they went from a 6-mile race to a power clean with a load of 209lb There is no problem with the routine, only that there was a small inconvenience : athletes were told the workouts on the fly, and with a 10-minute interval, all athletes were forced to perform the power cleans with running shoes instead of shoes adapted for power cleans. Most athletes ended up with ligament pain in their ankles due to having to execute the movements poorly equipped, caused by the poor planning of that day’s event. It is a shame that Crossfit remains recalcitrant in allowing the creation of an organization regulated by medical experts and athletes from each discipline so this sport can one day have the same level of professionalism as boxing, soccer, F1, basketball, or football.

This unedited format is so nice compared to the usually polished and cut up interactions we usually see from other content creators (also good!). It's nice seeing the unabridged conversation.

So, watching this again! Dave working to bridge the gap, build relationships, celebrate successes & chuckle over struggles…and those same people want Dave to quit or get fired! Love what Dave tried to do with CF!!!! If CF fails it’s not Dave’s fault. All those causing the division instead of pulling together are to blame!!!

Dave! I hope you can hear all the prayers going up for you! Texas should have been the pinnacle of your career. I truly expected to hear that you were the proud new owner after the AMAZING job you did in Texas. Dammit…I’m sorry it started out with a great loss. I don’t know why things like this happen, but I do know that it sucked for you all. You are in my thoughts & prayers. 12:34 Bless you buddy!

Love these interviews!! This just shows how much Dave just loves everything about the CF Games and everything that goes into creating the best experience for the athletes. ( regardless of what one certain social media critic and his minions keep saying)

I first got interested in CrossFit cause of the athletes stories and backgrounds. The Khalipa /Froning era was the pinnacle of that. Great job Dave!

Why is the crossfit/ games channel not posting these interviews of Crossfit Games athletes?

I would think a good example of new standards and grey area is the semifinals standard for muscle ups. The no reps that contributed to Colten missing a spot at the games were frustrating.
