I've seen a lot of home gym tours, gear reviews, and training videos. I have an awesome home gym that's taken time to get right (and I'm always trying to improve it and my training). I say that because this was one of my favorite garage gym videos I've ever seen. The building is amazing and was well thought out. Brent is humble, funny, and clearly passionate. He carefully lifts his bar out of the gun rack. He has a custom trap bar rack (they're hard to store well). He has a recessed peg board! He knows the secrets of a rice bucket. It's easy to see the joy this space brings and what it means. Well done, Rep. You couldn't have picked a better athlete for this video. I'm now a fan!

This home gym is goals! With my first kid being born last year I know how important it is to have all of this available for you at any point in the day. I told my wife when we have our second we need a home gym ready for us! What a set up by REP fitness!!

With all due respect to REP, the coolest features of Brent's gym are his DIY equipment like the recessed peg board, parallel bars and the rice bucket!

This is a really nice gym. Good space, not cluttered, not a black box with lights that make it look like a night club which is all too common with home gyms.
