As someone who lives in SF and wants to get started hunting, where do I start? I am a gun owner but would love to learn more about getting tags, areas to hunt, the stalk, etc. Thanks and cheers.

If u haven’t already gotten your hunter education done then thats what u need to get first. Then once u pass all that get your hunting license and tags for whichever zone you’re interested in, since you’re around SF area id say try D3-5 or A-Zone since those are closer to you unless u don’t mind the drive then try other zone further out.
