You should hold 1 of each item in stock until you know what sells then stock as appropriate

You should not check product on active listings but on products that sell

quick question mate if you have an item listed from a retailer and you sell a few over night , but then you go to retail site and they are out of stock what happens then do you just look else where to try fufil the order and worst case scenario send a message saying its out of stock ??

This is how business work, eventually you get payout, when you pay for a Coffe in the shop, payment processors take 3-5 days to send payouts. This is simple logistics of running business.

You skipped past the hundreds of listings selling it for £20 and straight to the person selling for £35 lol. This is an unrealistic profit margin. You have to include packaging (a lot more than 15p) on top of travel expences, taxes etc
