I just bought a 2024 CVO Pan America a couple weeks ago I absolutely luv it !

@@roadglide1142 CONGRATS on the new ride! That’s awesome 🤩 I loved this bike. To be honest it might be my favorite Harley in their whole lineup. I wish Indian would make an ADV competitor bike now. Then we would see some advancements as each company tries to outdo each other!

I didn't have the chance to test ride it, but I sat on it, and looked at it from every angles, and it is an impressive machine, beautiful, and a lot of expertise was put into the making of it! Great bike!

Just discovered your channel. Great content. My daily bike is a BMW R18 Bagger, and am seriously considering the Pan America Special. There are many great deals for Models 22/ 23 around 12k EURO.

Thank you! I really like the Pan America too. It's an incredible bike. I would like this CVO version, but like you said there are good deals on previous model years. Thinking I will wait a few years and maybe I can pick up one of these nice CVO's used.

It's a fun bike. Get the 24 model, the updated charging system and battery are nice.

I really enjoy your videos. I had the second Pan America in Italy so it did have minor problems. In any case I rode it hard for 20.000km and absolutely loved it. Incredibly fast and stable. Very capable of road(for a massive maxi Enduro) and here in the Alps with thousands of kilometers of "tails of the dragon" it flys like a jet fighter. Two up is not the best but it still performs very well. Had it not some problems (as it was very very new on our market) I would have never sold it tbh. Did I mention....it flies faster than most of us are capable of handling 😂

Thank you! Glad you enjoy my videos - I appreciate that so much. And yes I totally agree- that bike is FAST. Probably way faster than an ADV marketed bike would ever need to be. I’m jealous you get to ride in the alps. I saw the Pyrenees this spring, but have always wanted to get deeper into Europe. Maybe someday! Ride on brother - have fun ✌🏻

It's the unfortunate trend of organizations nowadays. All the consumer can do is let their voice be heard and if it hits the company enough financially enough, they may change.

@@MOTOBLADE agreed..they will be no different than the others in that whatever change they show will be a facade..is what it is.
@MOTOBLADE3 ай бұрын
@@oldhead_ exactly. They’ve shown their true colors. So now they do one of two things: 1. They back pedal (showing they actually don’t stand for anything other than money). 2. They keep with the new message and continue to alienate their customer base. I had someone ride up next to me on a Harley at a stoplight this morning in Sturgis. Asked me at the light how I liked my Indian - I said I loved it. Said he was going to go trade his Harley in and get an Indian because of this. News of this whole debacle has moved fast at Sturgis.

How does this compare to earlier versions? I can get a 2022 for about 15,000. I know this is the top of the line edition, I’m sure it must be over 50,000. Thanks and great video!

It's basically the same as the 22 special, but with the paint
@MOTOBLADE3 ай бұрын
As far as I’m aware it’s just a special CVO version - trim, paint, grips, etc. the only thing I don’t know, and maybe someone more knowledgeable can comment, is on the “kneeling” suspension that raises and lowers when you start/stop. I don’t know if that’s on the older pan americas or if that is only a recent model year edition. I don’t remember it on the Pan America I rode before.
@troyholt97283 ай бұрын
Thank you. I looked on Harley’s website. The CVO edition includes panniers and top box, the ride suspension where the bike lowers. About 100 lbs heavier than the regular version. The bike is slightly larger than the stock version. Same engine and electronics, I think. All of the add ons equal just about the 10,000 dollar difference. 28,000 for the CVO and 18,000 for the stock. How does this bike compare to the top of the line Triumph Tiger? At the 28,000 price point it would be inline with all sport adventure flagship bikes. Once again, great review.
@MOTOBLADE3 ай бұрын
@@troyholt9728 Thanks! As far as the tiger I do not know. I have ridden KTMs and Yamahas, but no ADV triumphs. Can’t comment there. I don’t spend my time around British bikes, they just aren’t my thing. Indian, Harley, Honda, Kawasaki, and Yamaha are what I know best. Sorry, wish I could be more help there.

Really? I never experienced that any of the times I rode it. Was it only in sport mode or was it present across all riding modes? I'm considering one of these bikes as a future investment so I'm always interested to hear from owners.
