Last two points was too much relatable for me, 1st one is- I have moped and Rx135 for daily commute to office and have Car to go out with family. And 2nd is- budget matters to me. I have very tight budget. My confusion is gone now. I would buy Xpulse and some gears or some accessories. May be I will upgrade to 400 category after some years. Till then New Himalayan could have more upgrades or updates to solve current issues of Digital Console connectivity issue, Tube Tires. One more thing to ask, Is there any chance that Hero launches the another Xpulse with the New 210 CC DOHC engine of New Karizma? Do let us know your thoughts on this. Whether we should wait for Next Gen Xpulse with 210CC DOHC engine Or should we go with the currently available model? Thank You for this much needed comparison.

Next gen model will take time since heros next launch is 400cc bike based on harley platform. Xpulse 210 will be pricer & will have less mileage & more weight compared to current model.

Undoubtedly, suspension is top notch. The main problem is it's seat. If you are traveling within city, with lots of hard breaks it will be a problem for person having spine issues. Long ride you can comfortably ride till 70-80 Km on highway. This is my review after riding xpulse for 8 months now, with 6000 KM reading on odometer. Hope this helps

I test rode both bikes. I was really surprised and impressed with Xpulse Pro but feeling 'meh' with Himalayan. I don't ride often, perhaps occasional weekend rides like once or twice a month. So I'm seriously considering Triumph Scrambler and Himalayan because I would prefer some comfort on the highway and some ability to go on track. However... your video help me make a clearer decision. I agree with you, the money I saved, could have invested into 'experience' and repairing an Xpulse. That would be much better than Himalayan. Now, all that is left is to test ride Scrambler 400x and see how it makes me feel before making final decision. Also, do you think the new revised Xpulse is worth waiting? The one with 210cc engine.

I would still say wait for a year before opting for new bikes.. There's a lot of issues that are identified in the first batch and are improved in the second.. Especially when it comes to RE.. I have heard a lot of issues with the new Himalayan 450, small issues but they exist.. And also a lot pf issues with Triumph Speed.. No issues from triumph Scrambler yet.. I would go for triumph Scrambler...Unless you're planning to do rally or extreme offroad you would not require xpulse or himalayan and triumph scrambler should be good enough even for rodes like Ladakh, Zandkar and Tawang Scrambler should be smooth.. That said xpulse is still a good option if you ride solo and are not coming from a higher CC vehicle.. But it does feel slow on highways and also is not as comfortable as Scrambler or Himalayan in terms of seat comfort on long rides.. Then again if you have a tighter budget and do like 90% roads and highway and just 10% softroading and minimal offroading I would suggest you to go with Vstrom 250SX.. It's underrated af.. It had smoothest engine and no heating issue compared to the other three . You can get it @50k off at outlets nowadays so isnt as expensive.. And has good power and good mileage though suspensions are not as good as the other three its still better than other regular bikes. I own a xpulse pro, so would recommend you that if you love off-road and you dont like highways and have a good height above 5ft 10in..

I am xpulse owner since i rode solo with pillion manu long ride such as south india,north east,and othrs its managable on solo mainly but for pillion feels low power and stress on engine but still if you have money them go for bigger bike but want low maintaince and good average go for smaller bike

Naaa I disagree the Himalayan was build up from scratch. Xpulse according to me was a attempt to check will those kind of bikes have a room in India or not because if you enter Nepal mostly you see dirt bikes. And hero did try and hero got its answer. We need more dirt bike in India form Honda Kawasaki Husqvarna KTM all bike which are dual sport will be soo good in India. And automotive laws are needed to be changed I am just not purchasing my bike car for 10 years it's for ever as long as it does follow pollution noms it's is worth to like. F U Indian automotive laws F U. Sorry got little bit out of context I love both bikes

@@narayanaswift6595 the stock suspension on my normal Xpulse is already at a "softer" setting but this is just the level of stiffness and would have little to no impact on the overall seat height of the bike, and it is the same for the rally variant as well. I had asked the same question to the dealer as well if the seat height is adjustable, which they denied.
