If you want to put over 25% down, the dealer will force you to use their insurance @+P50,000, add chatel mortgage @P30,000 and pay P7800 3 year registration. Greedy dealers, they make plenty off of the service. And charge you outrageous interest rate. You need to stick to the 20% all in.
