Hey, my local Honda dealer has the exact same 2024 Honda Civic Touring in Platinum White with the Gray interior that list for $32,100 & they have it on sale for $30,139 with the dealer discount of $1961! I would never buy from a dealer that adds a add on sticker to the window!

When the redesign came out for 2022 I said they made a Jetta. But a couple years in with the 11th gen, I have grown to like the looks. Performance, interior design, and ride quality are vastly superior to the previous generation. It’s a great vehicle. But with those dealer add-ons, as seen on the window sticker, this car is 35 grand. I just think Honda is pricing these cars out of reach for many. They should have kept the Fit coming to the US for that entry level option. Great review as always.

Dealer add-ons are the worst. WTF is AUTOBUTLER? While some of the other equipment might be desirable, $2000 is nuts. This dealer would lose my business immediately.

Agree about the Fit. They do have those options in other countries. But Honda cuts features for US buyers as it is. Blind spot and rear traffic alert is standard in Canada on the lower end Civic models.

34k for a CIVIC? that's the price of a new baseline acura Integra... this dealership is WILD with their add ons, and markups.

Markup's should be highly illegal.. 30,500 MSRP- $32,500 total And an EXTRA 2K for some added bs... that should just come standard on the car. Like the splash guards, wheel locks and the tray.. Window tint is eh but that should be up to the buyer besides them adding a $1000 tint job that probably costed them $400. Cause no way all of those addons should total 2,000 dollars $36 for splash guards, $60 for the trunk tray, $66 dollars for wheel locks! So, $162 sooo 1,700 for window tint???? or $400 for window tint and they added a $1500 "convience fee".. Im going with the ladder. Hope that thing sits on the lot for years

I just bought this model 2024 Touring, this past week. White Pearl body, with white seats front and back. Through my Credit Union they found one from a local dealer for $31K. I added the CU's vehicle loss, and full protection plan with Internal tracking system (if stolen) and full exterior body paint protection, and Vehicle State registration. Total cost short of $35K

Most likely weight saving, and the younger generation doesn't like anything manual. Audi took out the dipstick. I figure because most people don't check their oil. Now it's on the SmartScreen.

I have 2022 touring hatchback same generation. Had it for 2 years now. Dealership marked it up by 3 grand over sticker didn’t even realize it till I signed the contract that the numbers were not adding up from what they told me. I am a bit disappointed with the car. To pay over 30k for a car that has a lot of road noise on the highway, and glitchy safety features, the adaptive cruise control several times slammed on breaks with no cars in front of me over and over till I turned it off. Paint seems cheap as well and gets chipped easily. The wireless charger overheats from time to time. Biggest complaint about the car is the seats are horrible. Very uncomfortable and I read other reviews and blogs from owners and i am not alone with the seats. Honda imo has gone down hill recently and is just way over hyped. The ride quality is decent though and somewhat enjoyable to drive. But just can’t get past how uncomfortable the seats are. It’s like sitting on a rock basically. No matter how much you adjust the seats. Regretting getting the car but luckily I leased it so be easy to get out of it once the lease is over. Thought about switching to Acura but I heard bad things about that brand too.

I went to local dealer here in Southern California a new 2024 civic touring sedan MSRP is 32.1k and they add on accessories with mark up $6995 dollars total 41k I laughed at them and walk out. Wondering why no customers on beautiful Sunday afternoon.

I just bought this car 3 days ago… a 2024 Touring Sedan. Somebody please advise me. Since driving this car my lower back, my butt, my upper thighs are in pain 24/7. I never had these pains before. It’s definitely from the car. I traded in a 2020 Nissan Sentra SV, cloth seats, nothing fancy, but very comfortable seats for me. I’ve never been in pain from driving or sitting in any car in my life. And it doesn’t need to be a luxurious lumbar seat, as I’ve never had that. Just cheap regular cars.

Heard people complain online about the lack of lumbar support for such an expensive trim. Thought I didn't need lumbar support until I bought the car. My guess? Buy a support pillow for the lower back and see what happens🤷‍♀️

The 2024 Elantra is much better than this. Cheaper, looks better inside and out. The only downside is the less powerful engine than the civic but for the same price as the civic in the video you can get the Elantra N
