Yes, yes you can, this also lets you use the pokemon regardless of level or badges I believe, bc it says it was always your mon, but I could be wrong

No there are free service online since like 4 weeks ago or more this guy just try to earn monay for a bot that is open source on github just need to compile and this guy just waited for someone release a pre-compiled ready to go version cause he is no even able to compile his own version that's why he said he come out now. It is no different. You go to showdown, make your pokemon. Then you find the import/export button and copy the stuff. Put it in the discord and trade
