I have the 2024 hybrid limited. Fricken love this car. I have gotten up to a very good 54mpg on my commute after 30 minutes of traffic followed by 30 minutes of open highway daily. When I do the same drive with no traffic I avg 45mpg and that’s cruising at 80mph for about 35 minutes. Las Vegas is 550 miles 7.5 hour drive from my house and on a 13 gallon tank it seems, I almost make it to Vegas without refuel. If I slowed down a bit I’m sure I can do it on 1 tank.

I have a 2022 Limited and the wife loves it. It was the most bang for your buck in 22 with all the standard features. Toyota has taken note. Ventilated seats are a GameChanger. I use to work in Korea, that changed my perspective a lot. Topped off my car reads 579 miles. After 539 miles my wife made me stop so she could go to the bathroom! I’m a EV guy so I try to squeeze everything out of the car. She wasn’t happy that trip!

I have been driving a new Sonata 2024 Limited for two weeks now. I like the transmission blue color. Since my purchase, I have been averaging 49-55 mpg over several fill ups driving over 1000 miles. Pretty happy with the mileage. If looking at the mpg per trip, you might be a bit disappointed, but it is the mpg per fill up that really counts. I'm driving city, highway, and rural roads. I love the cameras. Very happy! :) I don't know if I look forward to test the heated steering wheel once it gets cold. :( But that sounds like something nice. No more mittens in the morning.

did u get the homelink mirror from Hyundai or 3rd party? Kinda strange they would dropped that feature, esp. on a 38-39k priced vehicle. The SantaFe & Tucson still have them.

@GTGarageTalk the Camry vs. the Sonata. Toyota is reliable. I've heard Hyundai's engines aren't. But I know some people who haven't had an issue with Hyundai. So just don't know who to go with.

@@kris.notchris Toyotas are having reliability issues as of late. Something to consider. If you are willing to take the "risk" Hyundai does have the best warranty in America. 10 year 100,000 miles.

Stock rims are usually heavy and inefficient. I would personally downsize to 16 inch forged rims of some kind. You won't have any complaints about efficiency or the acceleration of the vehicle.

I would rather have the N-Line edition than this but it lacks premium features that this Limited Hybrid has because Hyundai does not want it to take sales. If the N-Line or the LimitedHybrid had AWD and a spare tire I may consider both. However I am now deciding between a Subaru Legacy Sport or a Toyota Camry XSE that are better choices than the Hyundai Sonata.

@tomdwyer44212 ай бұрын
I agree with you. Today I tried out the Camry and then the Sonata. I would pick the Sonata. Has nice features, feels more premium. XSE handled a little better but not as good a ride.
@Offensively-normal22 сағат бұрын
Why would compare a sport tuned suspension to the soft ride of a limited? You are literally comparing apples to oranges.
@Mesopotamin00718 күн бұрын
It’s weird that the sonata Limited came with only hybrid option and the Azera car is not available at all in the US markets which you can buy it instead of this trim and get a V6 with standard version it’s unfortunate because the US markets is the best version. We prefer to buy a salvage used car from the US more than a new one in the Middle East.

Torn on what interior color to get. Love the brown, hate the beige headliner so you basically have 3 colors going. Don't know why they just didn't do a black headliner. Black leather will probably be it.
@peterniss73286 ай бұрын
Hyundai usually advertises the base model mpg numbers. You can probably achieve the 51 combined with the base sel without the extras.

Hybrids are waste of money.......even if you get the MPG advertised the extra $3,000 hybrid cost would take 130,000 of miles to pay for itself. Just get the basic non hybrid that gets 35 mpg highway.
