Is there any way you could help me I downloaded your template used it exactly as instructed but still having same issue when comment is sent there is no link being sent. I noticed that when you were clicking the post you also had that warning sign which when you click reads: For collaborative posts, the automation does not work with comments on the collaborator’s account. The posts im attaching to are not collab posts. Help :)

Are you using your link in your comment reply or in a DM? Links cannot be used in comments! Try adding it to the DM!

Yes, I would recommend using Manychat on posts of only yours rather than with collaborators!

You could just opt out of replying before DMing! It might be a little more confusing for those who want a link from you but should still work!

I have content scheduled on my Instagram app, and I selected my next post/reel because my next scheduled post did not connect to Manychat. How do I bulk-create content for a week or two and set up the Manychat replies? I am hoping to put Instagram on autopilot as much as possible

You could turn on an automation for every post and use the same trigger word!

Concerned about security. Don't like the idea of giving my login credentials to a third party. Do you have any thoughts on this? Seems like this should be a feature within instagram itself.

It's hard to know without seeing your settings! Did you try one of my templates? Make sure it's assigned to the correct post, your trigger word is simple, the automation is set "live," and use the preview feature in Manychat to test it!

Thanks a lot! I did this but then Manychat kept replying to the messages in my DMs, it forces people to subscribe in the chatbot automatically. is there any way to stop it from replying to my DMs

I'm not sure I understand! It's messaging your followers on its own?? I've never heard of that!

There are lots of ways to collect their info and integrate Zapier or Google Sheets... I think it's pretty doable once it's setup!
