I have a 2024 lx seat package carnival. I love it. I have 3 kids and it’s perfect. Tons of room in the trunk. I’ve been driving it since august 28th of this year. Only feature I wish I had but don’t is automatic lift gate. But no the biggest issue.

my requirements are a bit different to normal lol. I look for cargo space, ability for seats to fold flat or be removed, air con in the back. Deciding between this or a large SUV@@VagabondBuilds

I was about to start looking at another minivan because of this statement haha. Also, second row seats in my Sedona can be positioned forward and upright to get in easier, not like the video guy went into the 3rd row.

This is LX with a package added to it.LX does not come with power sliding doors or heated seats or usb ports on the third row . Pls make a note of it

It's nice but not without shortcomings. The engine could do with being hybridized and all wheel drive would be desirable too.

@@VagabondBuilds There's talk of a hybrid engine for the Carnival, yes, but not AWD. I think, if you want AWD, they'll direct you to something like Telluride.

The poor tow rating on this engine of only 2,500 lbs was a deal breaker for me. The same engine in the sorento tows 5,000lbs. I just don't get it.

3500 lbs. is the tow rating. Telluride is 5000 lbs. The Carnival is a minivan after all, don't know how many V6 minivans are rated to tow more than 3500 lbs.

@@VagabondBuilds those are old USB-A ports and charge at 5 volts and about 2.4-4.5 watts. USB-C is the new standard form and charges at 20 volts and 18-100 watts.Basically usb-c charges MUCH faster and usb-a is just an old tech in a brand new car when devices are quickly moving to USB-C.

⁠@@nickmontroy8262these ports are not charging at 2.4-4.5 watts. I don’t have a measuring tool, but it’s charging fairly quick. USB-C is just the form factor, the wattage can be limited based on the cord, plug, etc. It’s not the end all be all.
