For a soft roader Ev it did better than I expected without the proper tires and undercarriage protection.

Genesis has a 13 month lease as of APRIL 2024 for the ELECTRIFIED models (not just the GV70). Per Genesis website, Advanced trim of the gv70 Electric can be had for 499/ month, 3999 down for 10k miles. 😮 0-60mph in 3.6. and double that speed is a breeze, quarter mile in just over 12sec.

Oh man, for that much money I'd consider a Rivian. But was still surprised it did the climb.

Rivian is not as roomy on the inside. The other issue with Rivian is their assanine unrefundable deposit policy. Anyone who tries to lock you in before you've come to terms has always been a red flag for me.

I'd love a Rivian, can't get em in New Zealand. Having one of these turn up, not going to do anything serious with it but some hiking trails here start at the end of some farm tracks - hopefully will be able to cope.

Why oh why couldn’t Kia give this a proper ground clearance of 8+ inches? I would own one right now if it did.

Would destroy the range I bet. Lift suspension is what these need but will never have because the price.
