Why are the reach numbers so outrageous I would have to get a small to get the reach numbers I would like and I am 5' 10.5"

I guess it depends what you are used to and what you want in a bike. I’m 5’11” and I find the medium Chilcotin fits really well. I could even see the large feeling OK when set up mullet, but the reach does shrink a bit when doing that.
