@@rc_51_zxr Yeah, I can't think of many Japanese bikes which are like the RC390, the new 990 RC R, the 1290/1390 Super Dukes, etc. I guess maybe Yamaha and Suzuki beat KTM to the sportbike version of the parallel twin, but the naked Suzuki looks just like a KTM. And neither the Yamaha 700 nor Suzuki 800 are going to hang with the 890 and 990 KTMs. That's one thing about KTM street bikes and ADVs - they tend to be different than what else is available.

Please KTM try to improve your reliability, support, dealership training and care for your customers in order to elevate the brand to the next level. Buying a bike, especially a premium one should not be a gamble. I'm realistic about this, I know issues can appear no matter the attention that it's put into quality check, but treat you customers problems with priority or at least act like you do it. A happy customer is most likely to become a permanent customer in the future and it can also become a brand promoter if the overall experience if good. Don't rely only on releasing new feature full bikes and throw in tons of money in marketing, that will only work so far. Also stop with the "pay to unlock" systems already installed on your bikes, you already increased the prices alot in the past years. I keep writing these type of comments hopping that someone from KTM with enough understanding capabilities might raise an eyebrow and adjust the direction the brand is heading. I might not buy anything from you giving my history with this brand, but I won't be the only one if you keep going on this path of "only new customer care" or "we already sold the bike, it's not our problem anymore". Thanks!
