2024 Last Chance Invite "Can You Dip?"

Boys and Girls "Can You Dip?" races at the Last Chance Invitational on 4/13/2024. For those that don't know, this event is to give runners who haven't ever run 1600m faster than 6:00 for girls and 5:00 for boys a chance to "dip" below that mark. It is a great event that gets the crowd cheering wildly for all the athletes!
