The third Event on the 2024 Masters CrossFit Games Division 50-54 years that I adapted.
For time:
25 Overhead Squats 37 lb
66-foot Dumbbell Walking Lunge
25 Overhead squats PVC pipe
I completed the Workout in 5:18 minutes.
I'm a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Online (CF-1) and a CrossFit Master Athlete
