Even the Innova Hycros's 3rd row seat can be tilted more than this .. and the Center seat can be tilted waaaaay back. And cars like Benz which is longer than Innova and with 2 row seats can't manage this. Just a shame!! If luxury car makers don't provide this doesnt mean it can't be achieved. They simply fool us by keeping these features for the future models..and tilt the seats by 1° each year !!!!!!

I dont know why that 1 degree more recline gets mentioned so prominently. Seriously missing features 1) Seat ventilation and massage 2) Air suspension 3) High performance lights 4) HUD 5) Better alloys, these look bad 6) adaptive cruise control. Why not add illuminated grill like international market? Do these lights cost that much to add? E200 badge should just not exist. E300 if at all should be there. There is no GLC 200 now. I get the dashboard camera drama, but a HUD would have been so much better.

The V214 appears overdone aesthetically and technologically. I am not a fan of the front end or the rear brake lights. Mercedes needs to focus on creating a consistent design language across all of its models. On the other hand, the E-Class is intended for individuals in their 40s who may not prioritize aesthetics as much, so it should still sell well.

What is the actual GC of the new E ? I saw a 183 mm number which if true is fab for a saloon car. Can Mercedes Benz India or the fine Journos at Autocar India confirm this info. The E 300 (Gasoline) is what this car should be bought in. The E200 is just too dull for the size/weight of the car. Now that Mercedea has dropped the Diesel in the C300 , expect the same in the E with just a single Diesel mill.

Everything on this generation is a downgrade from before. The design. The interior. Literally feels as tacky as a cheap android phone. There ice engine cars looked good but now they are borrowing their designs from evs. Moreover filling the entire dashboard with screens is a terrible idea. Their touchscreen interface also looks atleast 5 years behind time. No ventilated seats, air suspension, seriously? We deserve better Merc
