Hello Kelly I hope you your family and all your fur Babies are doing well some of our family Traditions are on the 22 I do a lot of sweet and candy making for the 23 and 24 on the 24 we go see the Christmas lights in Christmas in the park we come back play some Christmas games then we hand out stocking and one gift then watch Christmas movies then Christmas morning I play Christmas music real soft while I’m fixing breakfast we eat breakfast then I pick one person to had out gifts then we open gifts together then everyone pitches in and clean all the paper up then I finish on fix Christmas dinner for that day we try to have dinner around about 1:30 or 2:00 so that’s some of our tradition for Christmas and by the way your house looks beautiful for Christmas so I hope you have a safe and blessed day my friend🦋

Your home is absolutely beautiful and festive. The chicken and rice I’ve been making for years and has become my grandkids favorite meal when they sleep over. I used to use raw chicken in mine as well and than i started precooking my chicken by boiling it. It’s delicious either way! Have a great Sunday!!!!

I know kids love it for presents, but I love it for family time, making new memories, and carrying on the family traditions that my mom used to do. This is our second Christmas without her. Your Christmas decorations are gorgeous through out your home Kelly , definitely agree the gingerbread theme is one of my favourites. I’ve never been very good at wrapping presents , so now my children are all grown up I cheat and put everything in gift bags 😆 My family tradition when growing up was Christmas Eve we would go round to my grandparents house where all family would be and spend a few hours all very excited knowing Father Christmas was arriving later . We lived in a small village in England , 4 houses from the church and would go to the service at midnight , run home all excited jump into bed and wait , of course thinking we were not going to fall asleep and miss the great man 😂 ❤🦋

We like to drive around and look at lights a few days before Christmas. When my kids and grands were small we would go to see Santa but strangely enough most of them were afraid of him and didn't want to sit in his lap for a picture. On Christmas Eve we all gather to play table games and eat finger foods all day. On Christmas day we have the traditional meal and open presents. Your house is really cute.

We go town center to tree lighting ceremony, we are in a German town, they do a Wassil Fest, Algo we do Christmas Eve service, Christmas Day we are going to a Christmas drive through to see lights....

Hi Kelly, as my kids became teenagers, to still make things fun for them, I would put a square piece of "their" wrapping paper on the bottom of their stocking. That way they wouldn't know which gifts were theirs until they got to the bottom of it and pulled out the square. Also, it avoids making tags and for peekers😂

Your house looks so warm and festive. Your decorating skills are amazing. When my kids were young, I bought the majority of the gifts and Santa brought one big gift for the kids to share. One year in the summer, I bought an above ground pool on sale and gave it to the kids for Christmas. So many outdoor games and gifts you can get for them to share. Your dinner looks yummy.
