I hope the Flyers land a Top3 draft and ideally win the draft lottery for the 1st time in team history as I would love to land Celebrini, Eiserman & Demidov... Actually, I hope it's a Top-2 pick because I fear since this is a deep Defensive draft & the fact that they already risked picking Michkov this year, I truly believe they will feel slightly uncomfortable picking another Russian player even though hypothetically that Russian line of Michkov & Demidov can be LETHAL!

Problem is I doubt the Flyers get inside the top 10 for 2024 They will have 85 plus points unless they have a ton of injuries again.

haltunen was said to be going in top-10 a year from now, fell to the 2nd round and finland didnt have any 1st rounders. sweden might have one of those years, but a lot of things can change.

I hope that before christmas, you will talk about high end prospect, and after christmas you will go more in the other rounds. Because to always heard about high end prospect all the year long is very annoying.

Thank you for the show! As a Finnish hockey fan I´m really excited about our 2024 draft class. I´m totally fine with a weaker Swedish draft class too 😂 It´s still early, but I think we´ll have two Top 10 picks ( Helenius, Kiviharju ) and two later first rounders ( Hemming, Väisänen ) and one of the best goalie prospects ( Vinni ). Tuomas Suoniemi is also a great prospect to have your eyes on. And so are many other Finnish potential 2nd and 3rd round picks. Matt and Peter were supposed to comment Logan´s Top 5, so I wonder why they said absolutely nothing about Konsta Helenius. They didn´t rank him in Top 5 as Logan, but they didn´t think that he was ranked too high either. Can somebody explain that? I guess they both still thought of him as a Top 10 prospect.

watching vaisanen in the u18s, i didnt see any indication why he would even enter the top-100. did he just have a bad tournament? what am i missing.

@@tallesttreeintheforest I agree that his U18 tournament wasn´t great, but Elite Prospects have him ranked as a Top Prospect.

@@tallesttreeintheforest He was rewarded after last season as best rookie in the Finnish U20 Junior League. In the U18 World Championships he played as an underager. He made some horrible passes, but I wouldn´t judge a player due to a few mistakes. Next season he will play in U20 but also in Liiga.

Celebrini is a better prospect than Fantilli. Celebrini had 46 goals as a 16 year old in the USHL. Fantilli had 17 goals as a 16 year old in the USHL. Fantilli had 37 goals as a 17 year old in the USHL. They have similar offensive skill sets. They are about equal skaters, both being high end. Fantilli may be a tick faster but Celebrini a more fluid skater with better edges. They have equal shots. Celebrini has a higher hockey IQ and is a better playmaker.

Bruh, they are just going over players and breaking down what they are seeing. They aren’t necessarily trying to get an exact list at this point. This format Is better to learn early on about players

Agreed with @BedardsBurner. It's July. Most of these players won't be playing meaningful hockey until October. Let's all chill and enjoy speculating and building to eventual lists before we start criticizing these AMAZING draft content producers.

i hear overall yeah. 23 was deep. 3.5 rounds of solid picks. i hear 25 is deep also. Top end I think you can't beat 23.
