Great video. Tip: Remove the cluster to make room for your make shift tool to have clearance to enter the steering wheel. If the cluster is in, forget it.

Body.. you forgot to tell us how to remove the steering column trim, turning have way the steering to get access to the 2 bolts...

there are no bolts holding the bag in the wheel, and I only took the trim off to see what I was doing.
