Can you talk more about your kit? Whoch fleeced compression and which thermals? Did you overheat and sweat during the half wearing all of these needing some removal?

Good question! On bottom it was Baleaf lined running tights and generic hi-cut athletic socks. On top it was an Under Armor micro-fleece long sleeve (discontinued?) and team singlet. (There may have been a micro fleece long sleeve underneath, yet the brand name has worn off.) Gloves were fleece convertible gloves, the gaiter by Lanvo. Everything except for the UA top was an online purchase. I felt comfortable during the race, mild sweat, more discomfort from the cold and dryness on my face and breath condensation. After the race I wore UA over-pants shell and a down packable coat (these were left at bag drop). Hope that helps!
