Oh yes they are, white is only to be used for backup, license plate illumination, front headlights, fog lights or daytime running lights. A white light is not permitted to be used on the rear side markers or taillights.

@@dustinguriel620 You do realize a "fix-it -ticket or warning ticket" requires proof of repair at a court appointed inspection facility. There is no fine but it is on your history record, if it happens again you will not just receive another "fix-it -ticket". You simply don't get unlimited "fix-it -ticket's". This infraction is called a "Non-Moving Violation" and it does have,Fixed penalty $10.50, court costs $16.50, county justice fund fee $5.00, peace officers training fee $15.00, court technology fund fee $10.00, and emergency surcharge fee $10.00 ,Wow, look who the actual dummy is....
