It takes a lot of hard work to make these new generation EVs. I’m currently in Shanghai and i visited the Avatr showroom. They’re in a partnership with Huawei. The avatr 12 is currently available, looks similar but lower to the macan EV. Has motorized opening and closing doors, many screens, cameras for side and rear mirrors, very comfortable interior and the build quality is solid. All for around $50k for the highest trim model. I know this sounds like an ad for the avatr, but if it wasn’t for protectionism in the EU, this macan EV would be Dead On Arrival. It’s about time the Germans, Japanese, UK starts getting some real competition from the Chinese.
