I love the encouragement to hit pan. I’ve been using the same eye shadow for 10 years, but it’s neutral and I wear eyeshadow about once a week in the summer so I just keep using it.

Pan is essentially the bottom of the product (when you can start to see the packaging underneath). So project panning is about using the products you have, usually until you hit pan or finish the item 😊
