Yes, it is faster. 7mph to about 13mph between 3 modes. Clip a wire (loose 3 step) and it will do 28mph. Power is harsh and abrupt on anything over #2 for my 45lb rider. Hoping to find a solution. The fork is all looks, might as well be rigid. My full adult body weight barely budges the travel. I’m happy w purchase for price.
