So basically, the handicap is used for people in need who need to use it if they can't use the regular pad numbers for the floor they want. This TTS lady directs you to what car elevator you assisted on. They are kind of similar to most keypad elevators. I know this because when I was very young, around my pre-teens, I once watched a yotube video on a similar schindler keypad in the famous Marriott marquis, however, they are not the same
