Hi. It's because of the protection on the screen that comes with the TV. When we took it off it was very matte.

hi there i looked up the "WNM-B50EB/XC" and found out it was the 2021 model. i'm looking to buy the 77 inch TV S95D 2024 .. According to the Samsung site this is the compatibility list : QLED, Neo QLED, OLED en Crystal UHD (2021, 2022) ...since your mounting the exact tv i'm looking at it seems to work fine.

Hello. I have mounted many 75" Samsung the same way. It's not the plasterboard that is the problem. As long as you use the correct plugs you are fine.
