I'm retired now so for me it's what's appealing as far as proximity to beaches, restaurants. ,75, and how close and convenient things are, and I recently checked out Tampa areas including some really nice neighborhoods and for me Sarasota just can't be beat. I love it here and hope to stay here for years to come. Thanks for your great contents and expertise.

This is really interesting (even for someone who lives in Orlando area 😃). The one factor that I think should be included in relocation videos is schools: I know that we were not alone in that being the #1 factor for families relocating to Florida (and is the main reason we chose to relocate to Seminole County over Tampa Bay region).

Technically, Sarasota is number one ranked public school district in the state, but definitely situational per age group and area. Thanks for watching!
