In a few years from now every airline should have super fast Starlink internet connection. I believe Qatar has recently adopted this in some of their flights already or plan too. Some cruise ships have it currently.

We’ll be doing that trip in May next year. Singapore Airlines on an A380 but from Brisbane and only economy as we have no air miles😢. We have chosen to sleep over in Singapore though. My first return to England after moving here 10 years ago. I really hate flying.

Spending a night in Singapore to break up the trip is not a bad way to do it … it’s an awfully long way to travel between Australia and UK/Europe

I did because Joy and I are Gold/Platinum Virgin Velocity members. PE doesn’t entitle you to KrisFlyer lounge access otherwise

How interesting they have changed the headset plug again to try and force you to use their poor headsets in economy at least, they have gone to 3 plugs than 2 so means my noise cancelling headset is useless once more on the A380 it seems. Can Economy passengers use the wifi or does it cost do you know? What happens if you don't have Kris but perhaps a codeshare airline such as Air NZ? How was the A380 btw, never flown on one but have one for a Japan trip with my kids via Singapore next year, sounds fairly quiet? Can you pay money to get entry to these lounges or are they only for flyers with the airline programs? Enjoy Nodnol! :) (Red Dwarf reference)

Answers: - Maybe you can purchase a 3-point adaptor? - A380 is very stable 🙏 - Wifi is free provided you are a KrisFlyer member (free to sign up) - My understanding is that the KrisFlyer lounges are status based only We’re loving Nodnol 🙏
