I use 2 reptile UV/ab bulbs in my 4x4 tent. They are only on for 1hr before lights come on and 1hr when they go off. Works great and very cheap.

My first grow w/sub lighting, and I can see a difference especially far red , I had to turn it off at last half of flower , my plant started stretching at tail end , So I turned the Blue UV on a bit longer 10min every hour even when mains are off to tighten some of them back up.

Is the deep red different than the IR ones I got from SF last year? I got the UV and IR and they say for the IR 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after the main light comes on.

Bro, I had been looking for a 5x5 light for a while and veered away from the se1000w because it was still using the old diodes. Saw it on sale on Amazon a few days ago, and then noticed they had updated it! Now she’s shining bright in the 5x5. I’m excited to see the results! Does anyone know when they updated???

I run their new 2024 SE5000 in one of my 3x3s. Little better even coverage and a little less of a hot spot centered than the AC Infinity Evo6 I have in my other one. Both are good. The spider farmer being over a 100$ less with a better warranty, go with it.

Damn brooo just got the G5000 for 4x4 and I was thinking of that one you have in the vid. I really wish I got that one instead!!! Maybe I can return it? Only had it for a week so far. It is an awesome light but I think I'd rather go stronger and run the light lower brighness.

I have the Spider Farmer 2x4x6.6 tent and there G4500 light and there work together well as the tent is slightly larger than the 2x4 footprint so there is a little space around the edges of the light.

@420scene.. I'm looking for a new light. I found 2. The AC infinity Ionframe EV08 Samsung can be programmed to cycle from sunrise to sunset. And the Mammoth lighting Mint 6 Bar 680W Emerald green spectrum. My question is would the Ac infinity have the same green spectrum as the Mammoth? Thank you for your time.

Thought you were gettng a HLG?..lol..spiderfarmer are sposed to be pretty good man...I was always a little iffy about their stuff...their tents are OK.. just need some better hang bars..I went a Mars FC4000..they not bad kinda getting used to the higher power after using a TS1000 AND A Viparspectra xs 1500 pro..

Supplemental light is only good if its actually able to get to the plants.. led doesnt impress me with uv spectrum at all - still better options in florescent that actually provide proper uva & uvb nanometer spectrums. Far red vs IR diodes again look at the nm gotta be 720-730 nm to elicit emerson effect and pfr levels etc. And as for Evo diodes im not impressed either for the price im only investing in mint evo diodes in the future. Really gotta research the diodes they use or Supplement until they build better lights. They are fooling alot of folks that dont know better. Yeah they are bright but some of use use custom tailored color spectrums in different phases of veg & bloom. Full spectrum is fine and all but nothing new , im after greatness not what everyone else thinks is great.. yeah im savage when it comes to expectations, these are damn near 1k
