My Impreza RS was the first one in Western PA. I also found out since it doesn’t have back up beepers when someone is behind you it still beeps at you.

So it's actually very interesting you guys in Canada get it but I can see why you guys need the heated wheel, you are way up north and if I am positive about this if any impreza rs here in the US go up to the northeast they don't get the heated wheel at all. Might just be a US thing

Hi, I have a ‘23 Impreza Hatchback. My friend was in the back seat behind passenger and dropped her earring. Somehow it went between the seat back and I can’t find it. Seats still new, any idea how I can retrieve it? Sorry if not relevant to this video. But I wanted to watch this too! Thanks!

Oh, sorry to hear that! I don't know of a way to easily remove the seats as I've never done something like that before. They should be removeable with a bit of work, but I'm not familiar with doing that. Good luck with finding the earring!

Tyson, I've been waiting for a review of the Impreza RS. I think Subaru did a really good job with the styling. I have a lot of questions. Sorry! maybe you might answer a few. 1) Is there no X-mode? You know, AWD, winter, snow, maybe that would be useful one day. 2) Tint on all windows? If yes, is that RS specific? 3) I like most of the flair on the RS. Is the RS badging (outside), RS badging (inside) on the carpet and thread there, and accent thread on the armrests, steering wheel and shifter boot pinkish-red, red, dark red, garnet red (some blue in it, like red wine), or…? How would you describe it? Also, the red panels in the seat. They seem quite different in colour. I like the red thread in the seat and back area, but not a fan of the red panels. Have seen a few high-res videos, but colour is really hard to discern. 4) Can one option in a spare tire vs the repair kit? A repair kit is so lame. 5) RS vs Sport-Tech. I know this is a huge question and maybe you can address this when you get one in. Sport-Tech: › Is the suspension tuned the same as RS? › No flair: no RS badging, no red thread, no rocker panel skirt, no aluminum pedals (gas/brake/footrest)? › Can one option in the rocker panel skirts? › Any colour in the black leather (similar to orange in the Crosstrek)? › DriverFocus monitoring system: does that adjust mirrors, seat, climate control, etc? RS: › Option for Sport-Tech wheels (same as RS with brushed aluminum spokes)? › Option in navigation? I’d like that feature if it wasn’t expensive. 6) Roof rack: do they come with rails as well as crossbars, or just crossbars? Will it support a tent? 7) Do you think the Impreza Sapphire Blue Pearl will be as bright as it is on the Crosstrek? 8) Timeline to get an RS and Sport-Tech? Surprised this one shown is not already sold.

Thanks for watching! We're all very pleased with the look of the RS! 1. None of Subarus cars are equipped with Xmode. 2. There is UV tint in the windows, but no "Limo tint" or anything like that. 3. I would describe it as a dark red, it's not candy apple red or anything that bright. 4. There is no option to have a spare ordered in, at least in Canada. Maybe in the USA, though. 5. a) The suspension is the same. b) I can't answer. c) There are no "packages" that can be ordered here in Canada. You may be able to get them as accessories later, though. d) I can't answer. e) Driver Focus will only do the Distraction Mitigation and Driver Alert - no memory seating. f) You'd have to trade with a customer that has the Sport-Tech and wants to trade. g) You have Apple CarPlay and AndroidAuto. 6. No rails, just the crossbars that attach to the roof. Depends on the weight of the tent. 7. Yes, it's the same paint code. 8. Factory orders are 6 months, but we always have some coming - roughly 2-3 months right now.

Is the heated steering wheel only on the Canadian models? I haven't seen anything mentioned in Americas offerings. I have one on order and would really love of mine had that.

Tyson I have a question concerning the " inflator kit " Will a spare tire fit in that space ?

At this point, I can not tell you as I haven't tried to fit one yet.

That will be the deal breaker for me as I don't want to travel with just the inflator kit. When I get to a dealer that has a new 24 Impreza I'm going to pull up the flat cover in the rear and measure the diameter and depth to see if one will fit. Otherwise I will stick with my 2020 Impreza premium

I have a 2019 Impreza Manual Transmission, best friend bought a 23 Impreza Manual transmission...... NO CVT's for me..... When the CVT fails and it will fail, will be between $8K - $10K to replace.... Just remember that folks.

While you might not like CVT's, you can't guarantee that a CVT will fail. I know that this is anecdotal evidence, but I have just under 400,000kms/250,000 miles on my 12 Outback with a CVT, and it's still going strong.

@@TysonTheSubaruSpecialist My wife's 2020 Toyota CHR, bought new, babied and dealer serviced developed a slight noise while driving at 67K Miles, Toyota dealer diagnosed, new CVT needed, $10,500 plus tax for replacement. We sold the next day at Carmax for an excellent price and just bought a new Mazda CX30 with Auto Trans.... During this issue, several Transmission repair shops told me to run from ALL CVT's. For the Automakers, CVT's get a bit better gas mileage and are cheaper to produce.... BUT their longevity as a whole is awful and they cost much more to fix and or replace than a regular Auto Transmission. One only need speak with Transmissions mechanics. It's cheaper for the car makers, not the consumer.

​@@thomasward00 I can understand your frustration after your experience, but that's still anecdotal evidence. The only CVT I'd 100% stay away from is a Nissan CVT. Can't say that my clients have experienced big issues with them - our dealership is a small sample size in the grand scheme of things, though.
