Hello! Thank you! We use a combination of DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and iPhone 15 Pro Max for our footages As for Key Cards, if I recall correctly they’re just standard Luxury Collection key cards, don’t think there was any Phoenician Logo on it

Hello and Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed it! Yea The Phoenician is a nice resort, especially if you play golf ⛳️ and the restaurants are great too! So delicious! And no I have not been to Hilton Boulders, I may look into staying there in the future!

I booked a standard FHR room and I want a penthouse. Will I get it complimentary with the FHR room upgrade?

Penthouse is very unlikely. Usually you’ll get one category up upgrades or sometimes two category up. Unless you book a suite then you might be upgraded to a larger suite, and hopefully a big one 🤞🏻

@MikePritchett9090 I don’t believe so, that might be a Vegas culture. I have not heard or read about anyone doing the $20 trick outside of Vegas. It definitely helps if you have hotel status. Booking with Amex FHR and having the highest status from the hotel will likely yield better upgrade results, but it the end it is up to the each property’s discretion

@MikePritchett9090 If the room is not ready you can try to ask if they have any other rooms ready or if there are any complimentary upgrade. It all depends if the hotel is busy that day, sometimes there could be a conference or an event/festival nearby so the hotel could be booked. In this video our situation was likely due to the previous guest had a late checkout so they could not clean the room in time for us so we got our room late
