I haven't seen a tornado season this bad since 2011! Prayers for all affected! 🙏🏾 🌪 😢

Considering that was 13 years ago I'd say we had a nice long lucky break... if you look at the history of tornados we never had this long of a streak without power EF5s.

Insurance will eventually become unattainable, as it has become in fire-prone areas. A warming planet has many life-changing effects.

I live in the Red River valley of Manitoba Canada, and you may know of a catestrophic flood here, in 1997. Struck us, but also severly damaged North Dakota (particularily Grand Forks). Parts of this province you cannot get flood insurance. And if you build in those areas, you pretty much have to build a hill, THEN build your house on it.

Now all we need to do is make sure we know how it's warming and not jump to conclusions on how it's warming. Or take someone else's word for it because we were convinced they were an authoritative source on that subject. Not saying anyone is doing that though.

@@scarpfish Actually, they will start getting worse. Everything on the planet Earth is getting worse, weather, wars, drought, wildfires, it's the end of days and if you can't see that or are one of those bible doubters, well I pray you find Jesus before it's too late. The planet itself is crying for relief, not humans on the planet, the planet is crying for relief. If we think of plants and trees and shrubs as living then we know our planet is living. Because a dead planet could not give birth to anything living. Our planet is hurt, it's tired, it's wanting a rebirth, that's why it's causing so much chaos now, and getting more violent because it's about to blow it's top.

I'm Canadian and live about 10 miles from the largest tornado in Canadian history (F5), I was just in Dallas TX for the eclipse and the weather siren went off in Rowlett tx while my wife and I were out for a walk. We made it back. Not sure if a tornado was near, or if it was just bad weather/hail but it was so exciting. So many people were sheltering in the stairwell of the hotel, meanwhile nut ball Canadian man (me) ran outside to move his car under the canopy. 🤣

The Manitoba F5 is one of the coolest tornadoes in recorded history. It was so small and ropey, and was an F0-F1 for most of its life before suddenly hulking up and throwing an anchored house into the air lol - and it was still a very narrow tornado at that point. Nuts to see
@larryroyovitz78296 ай бұрын
@@DrBeef216 Yes. There's a famous shot of a house mostly intact, about 100 feet in the air, just flying away. Crazy. It's such a photogenic twister too, not a lot of bad surrounding weather so you could get a really good look.
