Toyota will need to keep bulilding a Land Cruiser for rugged and desert terrains. These prototypes with rear view cameras, shiny metal and polished wheels will not meet the requirements of third world countries around the world.

Sorry Toyota but this is a ridiculous marketing ploy to appease the ESG folks. Call it a moon buggy or some other futuristic name but not a Landcruiser. A fully electric off roader is laughable. This vehicle will be a failure if it makes it to production.
