2024 Volkswagen ID. Buzz GTX Preview: Electric family bus upgraded!

Volkswagen has long been the go-to brand for buyers seeking a family bus. So, VW did the sensible thing and created the ID. Buzz to remain the go-to brand for those people who also wanted their family bus to be electric! This new version, the ID. Buzz GTX, has brought upgrades across the board, with an improved infotainment system, and styling changes. There will be a standard wheelbase version with a 79kWh battery and a long wheelbase version with a 86kWh battery. The smaller battery can charge at up to 185kW for 10-80% charge in 25 minutes, the larger battery charges at speeds up to 200kW for 10-80% charge in 30 minutes. Top spec will get up to 258 miles of range, 330bhp, and do 0-60mph in 6.3 seconds thanks to the 4MOTION set up.

In the region of 4,500 times but it will also depend on how much you charge them per visit to a charger, little an often is best.

I've run an EV for nearly 4 years now and would never go back to an ICE vehicle, so the Buzz is fine as it is for me.

Not a very pretty van is it? Looks like somebody found van designs from the 1920s-1930s. The VW group need to hire some better designers. 🤮
