I had to watch right to the end of the video to find out it wont tow my caravan. That is the key fact for a tow car and should be more imp[ortant and upfront in the video.

The full hybrids have smaller boots so are best avoided. My 2017 Passat has a TDi 2.0 litre diesel, great for towing, so if I want to replace it I’ll have to get a Skoda Superb which still has the 2.0 litre diesel.

Do you ever test the trailer reversing assistants? They are assistants that can reverse and counter steer a trailer for you automatically and you just guide the direction via a screen or switch. These are fitted on X5, Touareg, VW, Audi, Porsche Cayenne etc. I've used one and it was great for some manoeuvres, others... less so. But doing a back to back of these assistants would be great.

Would the car be any good at towing a Sprite Major 6TD ? Probably too heavy?
