I owned a 2008 V10 Altitude, tuned to 450 hp and 950 nm torque. Off the line it timed 6.5 seconds 0-60, but when moving at 15 mph the acceleration was as quick as the top Porsche Cayenne up to 100. It was a fun car, felt invincible, handled superb in the snow, off road was real fun, fully loaded for its time with everything you expect a high spec car of today to have, but it was plagued with some niggly electrical issues. Still glad I owned one though, would have loved to have had a W12.

As previous owner of GLE43 and cayenne 3 yrs each and owner of this v6 not hybrid for 6 months I assure you it’s much better performer than both.. besides that model has exactly same engine of the 2024 Q7, Q8 and cayenne.. it has the best infotainment system today in the market but needs a good month to get the best out of it.. but those cars where I’m at are USD40k onwards more expensive!

What are VW doing? 😢😢😢 As a somewhat VW fan I am disappointed. BMW, Mercedes, Audi etc are putting 500+ hp with bigger engines in their sportiest SUV’s and some of us want a Vw design and not move to Audi or other VAG brands😢😢😢.
