2024 Winter Camping Load-Out In Our GX460 Overland Build

Winter camping is almost here, and it's time to discuss what we carry and how we use our winter camping gear! Winter camping has always been our favorite because the crowds are reduced due to the colder weather. That said, we have always used the same winter camping gear, but we've never done a video on the exact items we trust to keep us warm when the night gets cold. This video goes into not only what winter camp gear we find most beneficial but other items we carry in the Lexus GX460 regularly.

I been using a megamat 10 xlw inside my outback and have been loving it, even if my dog does think it’s all for him. And just ordered a Stalwart DC electric blanket to sleep on top of as it’s supposed to only uses 45w/h, so I should be able to keep that with my fridge and cpap going with my 1200wh battery setup. Do you leave your down blanket in the stuff sack? Isn’t that bad for its loft?

Sounds like a solid setup. I do leave it in there. It may be bad for the down, but I don't have another suitable option at the moment.
