Good show! First off thanks by starting with showing Rickea some love. I’m excited to see what her and Cam can do together in the future. I’m a Sky fan so get to see lots of Reese and Cardoso. I think they’d both look better with a consistent point guard or a better perimeter shooter. Caitlyn has been impressive. The Fever are going to be a problem with her and AB cooking. As the team continues to get adjusted to CCs passing they will be tough. Anyhow enjoyed the conversation!!

For what they’ve accomplished for the season-start to the break-you’re right. Players develop differently however. Rikea is coming on. She’s gaining confidence and attracts defensive attention now right behind Hamby. I expect she’ll have a 30 point game after the break. She’s starting to pass the ball and play better defense as well. Her offensive potential was no secret. That’s why she went 4th, despite not being on ANY all-American teams. She’s smooth and athletic enough to be a shooting guard but can also play inside. I think by next year she’s averaging around 20 points a game and will be a lock as an all-star. She really is that good and she’s doing it on a team without a good point guard. When she gets that, look out.

This was a disappointing episode. Chennedy Carter is a bucket (not a rookie), and when discussion Chicago and their two rookies you kept saying that Marina Mayberry was their only shooter. Have you watched any of their games over the past two weeks? You also didn’t give Jacey Sheldon or Kate Martin nearly enough attention. If you’re going to discuss all the rookies then discuss all the rookies.

Yeah, Jacy is coming along nicely. Her offense is growing with her confidence but she’s already a good defender. People are sleeping on her but that will change.

You two, Lincoln Shafer and Hunter Cruse: have you been watching the games? Caitlin Clark a "good" player? Angel Reese a "very very good " player? if you have been watching the games, you must know little of basketball. Or you are just dense. Any basketball fan could very well see who is a superstar (that is Caitlin Clark, in case you don't know) and an average player (Angel Reese of course).

Then you haven’t been watching and apparently don’t know the difference between a point guard and a power forward/ center. They have different responsibilities for one. CC is making her mark with her passing, not her shooting. She doesn’t get the best perimeter player to guard like Reese gets the Stewie’s and Wilson’s of the league ( and does pretty well). Reese played just shy of 18 minutes to get her double double and stripped Aja on her dribble and blocked a Stewie shot ( then beat her down the court for a spectacular one-handed catch and layup. Average? lol.
