​@@HermanWillems Ev space is quite tough right now for any new entrants.. but apple has the cash to go in unlike many start ups who are struggling to keep up with price war, but Apple could afford to do that with the billions of $ they have in free cashflows. Eventually everyone will move to EVs, and the potential is huge. The have their phone brand and apple services for which natural progression was to get into smart cars expanding their Apple ecosystem. They backed off just coz they could not get a full self driving car which sounds bonkers to me. They should have launched an EV with minimal FSD to begin with.
