buying a new bike in a couple of weeks. I'm torn between King Quad 750, Rubicon, and Grizzly. Right now I have them ranked King Quad #1, Grizzly #2 and Rubicon #3, but that order changes every time I think about it. These videos are very informative and help a lot, thanks!

I appreciate the videos on the Grizzly Jacob! I own a 2022 Rubicon TRXFM6 (third one), and I just picked up a new 2023 Suzuki KingQuad 750. I almost bought the Grizzly, and I still really like them. In the end, I went with the KingQuad because the fit and finish and value. I got a great rebate and a dealer incentive. Combined with what I see as reliability and serviceability equal to the Grizzly, I couldn’t pass up on the KingQuad. I love the KingQuad so far, but like you, I am cautiously optimistic and time will tell how it holds up. Anyway, I’m a Honda guy at heart (love my Rubicon), but I’m very interested in these 700 big singles. The CanAm Outlander is getting lots of great reviews on their new 700 but after handling it and test riding it, I knew it wasn’t for me. The Outlander felt very cheap and while it was fun to drive, I just don’t trust the reliability. Unpopular opinion, but I think the Outlanders are ugly, so there’s that too. Anyway, I can relate to many of your thoughts and comments. Keep up the good work! 👍🏻

I appreciate it. Yeah it sounds like you have a nice collection of the best you can get. We will see what happens with the outlander 700’s. I wasn’t a fan of the way they ride either or the single brake lever. I don’t think they are a bad machine though and I bet that they will last a very long time hopefully

Put a little grease on the foam surface that seals the air filter to the front of the air box. Extra insurance on sealing dust out. I do this on every off road vehicle I’ve owned for 30 years. Never an issue.

Funny I was gonna buy the bike in front of the Yamaha first and decided to take my buddies nice 23 blue rubicon and I didn’t even get her in 4th and brought it back to him and said thanks for saving me 15k as the mini screen, old brake leaver parking brake, lack of power in the snow and just the way it changed gears. I then went straight to Yamaha and have the exact same bike as yours. She got 300kms on her now and just done its first oil change and don’t regret getting her at all. Much much better bike than Honda has out right now.
@TheKeeganc8 ай бұрын
Exactly this. We’ve always been a Honda family but if feels to me that Honda is sitting too comfortable on the hill of the namesake they’ve created to push further and really update their quad. 95%positive I’ll be getting a Griz.

I know you had a bad experience with the Suzuki you had. But the king quad is really reliable. I have a 2008 kq 750. And love it. I ride hard but also take care of it. Got 4000km with no issues at all. I have seen them with 60’000miles on them. And still going strong. Dirt obsession did a review and comparison with the grizzly you should check out. Just saying. Suzuki is right there with Yamaha and Honda for reliability and quality. In my opinion anyway.

I’ve seen the video. I’m sure they are reliable but around me, there is no dealers close, and I also prefer the look of the grizzly

What do you think of stability between your grizzly and rubicon. On side hills or deeper ruts, uneven terrain. I was wondering on that, as I think the wheelbase is 2 inches wider (46ish on rubicon, and 48ish on grizzly i believe), and greater wheel travel for articulation of axles would potentially make the grizzly a more stable machine. Let me know your thoughts and experience between the two machines.
@JacobOverman9 ай бұрын
Stability I would say is pretty similar to grizzly has more I would say if it came down to it. Not a huge difference

Long videos are hard to keep the attention of new generations. Id prefer focusing this type of video on breakdowns or potential problems ride confort e.t.c rather than new mods you want to do or comparing to honda but was still a good video thanks for sharing. I really like your goal of 100000 miles highest mile atv review currently is a 40k mile honda to me even if you had a goal of 50k miles then moved to a different brand id be most interested to see. My personal favorite atvs are can am 700 and arctic cats 600 eps or xt i think having smaller tires would help the longevity of the engine plus doesnt take as much power to get them to move cheaper to replace and better handling on windy trails.
@michaellivingston67079 ай бұрын
I see a gallon of rotella oil on your work bench. Do you use that oil in ur atvs? If so what weight u using? I own a 2023 Suzuki King Quad 750 AXI and I use the T6 5w40 in it. @@JacobOverman a 700 was pretty much what I meant I just said the 680 because that was the biggest they've already got. I read a comment somewhere a guy said some honda place in Pennsylvania says they have a 700 coming out. I believe sales would go way up for honda with two things. I taught they where great bikes I heard before now. 100,000 miles his that what you said your going to try put on it . Done great job on explaining the 2 bikes I must say. You no alot about them. Would you pick the honda over the yamaha 450 if just need something cheaper and to get you from point a to point b. They all break by the sound of it. I no you said your rough on them but if you wasn,t what,s the most reliable to pick.
