You've got so much done this year, it's so satisfying to look back. I had no idea you had the two extra barns, perhaps you've just not shown them since an early tour of the land. They look great for being painted deep green, like the main barn they now blend in with the landscape beautifully. Looking forward to hearing your plans for 2025.

It's amazing to me your friendship has endured (strengthened?) after all of this intense and demanding work together. Great collaboration, prioritization and respect for each other's talents and working styles. So inspiring and such impressive accomplishments.

Deep respect to both of you, for doing this mostly by yourselves. I tried to paint my kitchen walls and it was such a fail. It looks easier than it really is. I respect you for staying on it.

Really appreciate your efforts to use American products when you can. What a great year for all Of you. Hard to believe all that was accomplished. Well done.

It's nice to compile over the past year because sometimes things feel like they take a lot of time and you don't always feel in the moment that you're accomplishing much.

As a non-American I heartily applaud your use and promotion of a very good American company! All of us should do the same in our own countries if it meets OUR standards as well as local requirements. American Water Systems sound like a great company

Early Christmas Day and I'm watching *this*! What is wrong with me?! I should be asleep. But this was fascinating, thoroughly enjoyable and time well spent. May your Christmas be peaceful, healthy and happy and those you love are with you, in sprit if not in person.

Hopefully you read the latest building codes for basements. Moisture barriers are really important, and they really pay off. I get the mouse thing - I emptied out and had to sanitize a crawlspace that mice had set up condos in. Not a fun cleanout job. I keep a lot of traps set all year with sunflower seeds wedged in the catch of each. You want them eliminated before the have their offspring. They move into warmer structures when the it starts getting cool in the fall.

I'd also love a full, regular biodiversity audits. Long term collab with Cornel?

We keep a record of our sightings in a spreadsheet. And we brought on R. Wesley, the naturalist here, to get a full inventory of the wild plants. We hope to keep on having Mark here who is doing an inventory of our pollinators. :)

Congratulations to you both for the massive amounts you have achieved in two years. I have followed from the beginning and watched every video. It has been very inspiring to watch your ambition, incredibly hard work and vision play out. So, having watched every minute, and as someone who has been involved with intentional community planning and wildlife conservation all my life, I have areas of the project that I have no idea about. I think I am right in saying that you have said nothing about your management plans. 90 acres with forest, fencing, lakes, buildings, gardens, meadows, tracks, utilities, sanitation, drainage etc. What is the plan for managing all this for the coming years and decades? Two people managing 90 acres seems wild but maintaining them is an even bigger job long term. And you are both working on other jobs. You see the Flock project as a "thing you are doing on the side" of main work? You seem to be relying a lot on your own health, energy, youth and strength. I'd love a video on your long term management plan, to help others who are running or wanting to start a community land project.

My heart breaks for the deer; all they‘re doing is living in their own homes but now they cannot get in. I wish I could help the deer.

Kiya and Joey aren't involved in the day-to-day here largely due to their work. They were in Toledo for the last 4 mos for their museum exhibit: toledomuseum.org/exhibitions/house-of-yatreda

At the very end you show a door draft stopper product. 1. Don’t see a link. 2. Sander describes a groove and pin drop mechanism. It the graphic shows a product that just glues onto the door? Very confused 🤔
