This company mass produces the same hardware, sells it to consumers via various trim levels, then charges software patches to allow you to use said hardware. Zero is an American company that's taking advantage of Americans. GLHF, ride safe.

All of this is totally irrelevant when you don’t resolve existing issues with your bikes to date. Firmware that seems to either be flawed in itself or becomes impossible to install via your terrible app. Breakdowns of bikes in wet weather or after they have been cleaned. I would far rather you addressed these flaws and fixed them for your existing customers instead of ignoring the issues for years.

Yes their reputation for support is horrible. And they really missed the boat dropping their light weight dirt bikes back in 2012. See Sur-Ron and other brands are selling like hotcakes

This is good. It's nice to see how much they have progressed. I've been following for years. Obviously, nothing is perfect.

I have a Zero Ds. I am happy with it. But my next bike should have at least 3-phase AC 11kw charging capability. Or support DC charging. 3kw or 6kw single phase charging is not good enough.

Siguen con el mismo conector para la carga. Deberían poner el conector CCS 2 que es el más extendido en los cargadores.

Unfortunately, zero needs to improve their warranty coverage. My 2020 SR/F with 15k miles needs a new $2000 motor because the output shaft bearing is shot. Multiple requests from my dealer to Zero for some help have resulted in nothing. So unless they correct this critical flaw, I can’t recommend buying one. Design a bearing that can be replaced, not the entire motor! And in its current state my dealer said it’s only worth $5k. That’s one quarter of the purchase price

How is the DC charging coming along? Nah, didn’t think so.

They have to redesign the batterypack or put a DC-DC converter to their bikes, to make DC charging possible. The current pack voltage is too low to work with the DC chargers out there. They deliver minimum 200V. Too much for the Zero packs 🤷🏼‍♂️

I had a 2020 DS and saying it's a dual-sport is a far stretch. And saying all of the DS line are capable of any trail is an out right lie. Tight, steep technical trails or any of the trails I ride no way
