Dude the adjustment block on your bolt for your rear wheel is on sideways so you're indicator marks are supposed to go up and down not left and right

@timoteileahu because I have the same bike robotic pearl white I just adjusted my chain a week ago and the rear wheel has never been messed with. The little cut out lines in the block are supposed to go vertical not horizontal so they match up with the line cutouts on the swing arm

Either somebody was high at the factory or it's been removed before you got it and put on wrong

If you go back to the beginning of your video before you took the wheel off it shows that it's on right
